Our technical and production departments can assist in the solving of application problems and ensure that finished machined components are to customers required standards. Fully finished components can be produced from our vast plant list and assembly department. We can offer the plastic machining of any quantity from one off, or small batches through to large batch production. Sheet materials can be formed, bonded and polished to your requirements. Plate as large as 2400 x 1200mm can be machined on our CNC routers.
Our CAD technology and state of the art machining centres improve accuracy, repeatability and speed. The systems are able to receive data in a wide variety of formats and we can also produce parts from samples if required.
Formed and Fabricated plastics allow for large components with a small quantity requirement to be economically manufactured. Manufacturing is carried out to the customer’s specification from prototype through to small batch and production quantities. As a company we continue to develop our portfolio of skills, with continual investment in machinery, people and technologies to give reduced lead times and a quality final product.
